- Developing an affordable and easy way to detect a condition called angle closure glaucoma, a blinding disease. This project is funded by BIRAC, India. This includes hardware and software development. Can be used in clinics, hospitals and remote areas by technicians. The technology is patent pending.
- We are also developing an affordable portable slit lamp which captures images of fundus. This helps GPS, optometrists and emergency physicians to share the image with an ophthalmologist for an opinion.
